Malcolm Dsouza has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Malcolm started their career in 2003 at Tata Infotech Limited as a Design Engineer, where they initially worked as a firmware engineer before transitioning into hardware development. In 2006, Malcolm joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant in the EIS group, where they provided consultancy and design services for product-based companies, mainly serving as a contractor for Motorola and Nokia's Base Station Group in Chicago. Malcolm worked in this role for 12 years until 2018. In the same year, Malcolm co-founded Spintly, where they currently hold the position of Co-founder and CTO. Malcolm also served as the Co-Founder and CTO at Mrinq Technologies from 2018 to 2020.
Malcolm Dsouza attended Goa College of Engineering (GEC) from 1998 to 2001, graduating with a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Malcolm'seducation was undertaken under the Goa Board during this period.
