Cindy Balderas

Cindy Balderas has an extensive background in instructional design and education, currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Project Owner at SPIRA since December 2018. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at Inttelmex IT from May 2017 to May 2023 as a Special Projects Coordinator and Instructional Design Developer. Additionally, Cindy was involved in higher education as an online professor and educational advisor at UTEL - Universidad Tecnológica Latinoamericana en línea from March 2013 to May 2023, providing guidance on educational offerings. Cindy also gained experience as a consultant at OPK EVO, focusing on customized course content development, and held positions in media analysis and reporting early in their career. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán, completed in 2008.
