Armando R. Pazos

Armando R. Pazos has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Armando R. is currently serving as the President and Managing Director of the Electric Thermal Solutions Global Business Unit at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, where they lead a team focused on providing sustainable industrial heating solutions through brands such as Chromalox, Vulcanic, Thermocoax, and Durex. Prior to this role, Armando held the position of Vice President of Global Sales at the same company.

Before joining Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, Armando gained valuable experience at Ingersoll Rand. Armando R. held several executive positions, including Vice President of CTS Direct/Distribution Channels - Europe & North Africa, Vice President of HVAC Parts Direct/ Distribution Channels - North America, Corporate Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives, Vice President of ITS Direct Channel - North America, Vice President of ITS Direct/Distribution Channels - Latin America, Marketing Director of Aftermarket Direct/Distribution Channels - The Americas, and various sales management and application engineering roles in Latin America.

Throughout their career, Armando has been responsible for managing profit and loss statements, overseeing multiple locations and distributors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality equipment, parts, and services.

Armando R. Pazos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE), which they obtained from 1988 to 1994. Armando R. then pursued further education at the University of Miami, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they also earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering during the same period at the University of Miami.
