Gavin Huxtable

Gavin Huxtable has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Gavin is currently serving as the Divisional Director, Global Supply Chain, Steam Specialties for Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Development Director, Steam Specialties for the same company from April 2018 to October 2020.

Before their current role, they had a long tenure at Spirax Sarco, starting in 1993. During their time there, they held various managerial positions including Regional General Manager - Northern Europe (July 2015 to March 2018), General Manager - Nordics (July 2013 to June 2015), General Manager - Sweden & Denmark (April 2011 to June 2013), General Manager - Sweden (January 2009 to March 2011), and International Projects Manager (April 2007 to December 2008). Gavin also served as the Country Manager - Philippines (July 2003 to March 2007) and held executive roles such as Commercial Executive (April 2001 to June 2003), Export Sales Executive (May 1998 to April 2001), OPC Projects Executive (January 1995 to April 1998), and Technical Marketing Assistant (September 1993 to December 1994).

Gavin Huxtable completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Industrial Management at the University of Liverpool from 1990 to 1993. Gavin also obtained additional certifications, including an Advanced Management Program from MIT Sloan School of Management (expected completion in 2023) and a Fellow Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (obtained in 2021).
