Paul Jacob is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and solutions development. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Development Engineer at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since March 2022, Paul previously held roles at HiETA Technologies and Dyson, where significant achievements include the development and delivery of innovative thermal management systems and the design of advanced motor technologies. With a foundational background as a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer at TMD Technology, Paul has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving technical advancements and leading cross-disciplinary teams, complemented by a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
