Richard Fear

Richard Fear is an Engineering Applications Manager at Spirax Group, a position held since October 2008, where management of operational improvement initiatives is a key responsibility and serves as a trusted business partner and change agent. Previously, Richard held the role of PLM Business Process Lead, responsible for the comprehensive analysis and deployment of Product Lifecycle Management services for SSEng plc, achieving successful PLM deployment to Mexico and Italy in 2017. Richard's earlier experience at Spirax Sarco Limited from 1992 to 2008 includes roles such as Team Leader, Product Development Engineer, Project Engineer, and Assistant Research Engineer. Richard holds a BEng(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, earned in 1992.
