Tracey Todd Staley

Tracey Todd Staley has extensive experience in human resources and talent strategy. Tracey Todd is currently the Vice President of HR and Communications at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, where they are responsible for leading the transformation of the business model and implementing organizational changes. Prior to this, they worked at Staley Talent Advisors as a Talent Strategy Consultant, partnering with C-Suite teams to align talent strategies with business objectives. Tracey Todd also served as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, where they implemented HR transformation initiatives to improve talent strategy and prepare the company for growth. Additionally, Tracey held various HR leadership roles at US Steel, Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Services, Lockheed Martin Undersea Systems, and Lockheed Martin. At Lockheed Martin, they led change management initiatives, implemented HR transformation projects, and developed talent sourcing strategies. Tracey began their career at IBM as a Human Resources Manager.

Tracey Todd Staley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the Kogod School of Business at American University. Tracey Todd later pursued a Master of Science in Human Resources Leadership at Rutgers University.
