Sofie Vanwelsenaers is an experienced professional in delivery management and project leadership with a strong background in Salesforce implementations and change management. Currently serving as Delivery Director at Spire since May 2023, Sofie previously held the position of Head of Salesforce Delivery for Benelux at Wipro Limited from March 2021 to May 2023. Sofie's career also includes various managerial roles at 4C and project management positions at NN and ING Life & Non-Life Belgium. With a Master in Global Management specializing in Asian Business from Antwerp Management School and a Master in Communication Sciences from the University of Antwerp, Sofie also holds a degree in change management from Vlerick Business School.
