Dan Debord Mol

Dan DeBord has a significant amount of work experience in the security and hospitality industries. In 2022, they joined Spire Hospitality as a Director of Security. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Supervisor at Paramount Hospitality Management, LLC from 2021 to 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, they were an On Air Personality at Milner Media, hosting shows on WVLI 92.7 and WIVR 101.7/103.

Starting in 2014, Dan worked at Riverside HealthCare as a Security Officer, where they were responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment and managing emergencies. Dan also served as a Team Lead 2 from 2019 to 2020.

Before that, they held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Director of Security at Hilton Suites Chicago Hotel from 2007 to 2013, Security Supervisor at The Peninsula Chicago in 2006, Director of Risk Management at Swissotel Chicago from 2006 to 2006, and Director of Security at Omni Chicago Hotel from 2000 to 2006.

Dan's earliest role was as a Security Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago from 1993 to 2000.

Dan DeBord completed a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Communications from Olivet Nazarene University from 2016-2020. Dan is currently pursuing a Masters of Organizational Leadership from the same university, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an AAS degree in Criminal Justice from South Suburban College from 1989-1991. In 1986-1987, they attended Columbia College Chicago for Radio & Television. Dan DeBord also graduated from Thornton Township High School, although the specific dates are not provided. In addition to their educational background, they obtained a CPI Instructor certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute in August 2019.
