Swati Murthy

Swati Murthy has worked in the field of Human Resources for over twelve years. Swati began their career in 2010 as a Senior Executive HR at Cognizant. Swati then moved to Birlasoft in 2019, where they worked as a Deputy Manager Human Resources. Currently, they are an Enterprise Solutions Manager at Spire Technologies, a role they have held since 2022.

Swati Murthy completed their MBA in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2010. Swati has also completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University. Swati also holds a Certified Human Resource Professional certification from Aon Hewitt.
