Previously, Dan was Chief Technology Officer at BookKeeping Express, where significant contributions transformed the company into a cutting-edge cloud-based SaaS provider, building robust engineering, product, devops, and support teams. Earlier roles include Head of Product & Engineering at BookKeeping Express and Principal Software Architect at Support.com, where Dan was instrumental in developing remote tech support services and software solutions. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Computer Systems from the University of South Australia.
