Jim Kobbe

Jim Kobbe has over three decades of diverse professional experience, primarily in human resources and media. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Spirit AeroSystems since April 2011, Jim has held multiple leadership roles including HR Strategic Initiatives, Labor Relations, Global Learning and Development, and Global HR Business Consulting, focusing on leadership training, organizational development, and strategic people management for various business units. Prior to this, Jim worked in the media sector as Sports Director at KSNW-TV and KWCH-TV, and held roles in news anchoring and reporting. Jim's early career includes significant experience at Boeing as a Computer Instructor, Systems Analyst, and Leadership Programs Manager. Jim earned dual bachelor's degrees in English and Journalism from The University of Kansas.
