Rocky Glenn

Rocky Glenn is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously as Senior Product Line Manager at Spirit AeroSystems since December 2017, Rocky has demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex operational processes. Prior to this role, Rocky held key positions including Plant Manager at Paulo Heat Treating, Brazing and Metal Finishing from January 2015 to January 2017, and Plant Manager at GBW Railcar Services from January 2014 to December 2015. Additionally, Rocky contributed significantly as Manufacturing Manager at Eaton from January 2009 to January 2015. Rocky holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Southwestern College, completed in 2012.
