Sangita Richardson

Sangita Richardson has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Sangita began their career at Koch Industries, Inc.; Koch Business Solutions, LP in 1993 as an IT Manager, responsible for workstation services, IT services account management, and various other IT functions. In 2006, they joined Spirit AeroSystems as a Sr. IT Manager, focusing on the development and implementation of an Enterprise Service Management framework. Sangita also established an IT Portfolio Management governance process and led enterprise process improvement efforts. From 2008 to 2010, Sangita served as a Global Sourcing Manager at Spirit AeroSystems, overseeing vendor management activities and delivering guest presentations on vendor governance best practices. Sangita continued to progress in their career within the company, holding roles such as Senior HR Manager, IT Director for business engagement and program delivery, and Director Of Information Technology for infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and global site support. As of 2023, Sangita is the VP and Chief Information Officer at Spirit AeroSystems, leading the company's IT strategy and operations.

Sangita Richardson earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from Wichita State University between 1987 and 1992. Sangita also holds a SHRM-CP certification.
