Suzanne Scott

Suzanne Scott has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Suzanne started their career at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in 1997, where they served as the Director of Compensation and Benefits. In this role, they were responsible for executive compensation, union negotiations, and managing Health and Welfare plans for Boeing Wichita. Suzanne then joined Spirit AeroSystems in 2005 as the Director of HR Business Relations and Services. Suzanne later became the Director of HR Business Consulting & Employment, where they led a team responsible for establishing HR strategies and deploying them for internal business customers. In 2013, Suzanne was promoted to become the Director of Global HR Services. Most recently, they hold the position of Senior Director Global Workforce Readiness & HR Defense and Fabrication.

Suzanne Scott attended Emporia State University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Suzanne then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Webster University from 1994 to 1996.
