Tamala Ingle

Tamala Ingle has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Spirit AeroSystems since November 2017. Prior to this role, Tamala held various leadership positions within Spirit AeroSystems from 1996 to 2017, including Senior Manager of Operations, Senior Manager of Fabrication, Tooling Manager, and Manufacturing Scheduler for Tooling. Tamala's educational background includes a High School Diploma from Poteau High School, an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cowley County Community College, and additional studies at Southwestern College.
