Justin Hernandez

Justin Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Justin is currently working at Spirit Electronics as the Quality Laboratory Manager. Prior to this, they served as a Quality Management System Analyst at the same company. Before joining Spirit Electronics, Justin worked at Service Wire Company as a Distribution Specialist. Justin also had a period of self-employment where they worked as a Quality Systems Engineer. In addition, they have held roles such as Quality Assurance Engineer at Aerotek, Quality Manager at Cavalier Fasteners Specialties, and Production Manager at Forgital Italy S.P.A. Justin also has previous experience at Service Wire Company, where they worked as a Quality/Safety Coordinator, Lead Distribution Clerk, and Order Processor.

Justin Hernandez attended Peoria High School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Civil Drafting and Civil Engineering CAD/CADD. Justin also obtained certifications outside of their formal education, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in October 2020, and an ISO 9001:2008 QMS Internal Auditor certification from Mireaux Management Solutions in August 2013.
