Karim Ahtile

Karim Ahtile is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at SPIRIT since November 2020. Prior to this role, Karim worked at CBRE France as a Senior Property Manager from April 2018 to October 2020. Karim also gained valuable experience as an Analyste investissement at Colliers International France from January 2017 to February 2018 and served as an Asset Manager at Adyton SGP from July 2010 to December 2016. Karim holds a Licence in Gestion de patrimoine from l'Ecole Supérieure de l'Immobilier, obtained in 2008.
