Gemma Woolnough has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as the Craft & Challenger Senior Brand Manager at Greene King since May 2013. Prior roles at Greene King include Old Speckled Hen Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager, as well as Marketing Executive. Prior to this, Gemma worked as a Marketing Executive at Best Escapes & Best of Suffolk and as a Marketing Assistant at Prettys, where responsibilities included managing marketing activities, event management, and local PR. Early in Gemma's career, experience as a Customer Advisor & Coordinator at Barclays Bank Plc provided foundational customer service skills. Gemma holds a BA Honours 2.1 in Literature and Film from the University of Essex.
