Peter Boswell is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in managing and leading teams across various sectors, including hospitality and retail. Currently serving as the Senior Leadership Excellence Manager at Greene King, Peter leads a national Learning & Development team, achieving significant milestones such as building a 12-member team and delivering innovative training programs. As the founder of SAStalks.com, Peter provides keynote talks and consultancy in customer service. Previous roles include Group Learning & Development Partner at River Island, where Peter streamlined training for over 5,500 employees, and positions at gategroup and TUI that involved international training management. Peter holds A Level qualifications in Communication and Media Studies from Norwich City College and has demonstrated a consistent record of driving performance and development across organizations.
