Sally Fallon

Sally Fallon has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the field of data analysis, business operations, and human resources. Sally started their career as a Web Developer at Black Country Chamber & Business Link in 2003 before transitioning to Jonathan Lee Recruitment, where they held positions such as Website Co-Ordinator, Systems Analyst, and Business Partner. In 2016, they joined Greene King, where they worked their way up to Head of People Data & Insights, overseeing strategic data analysis and insight for the organization's human resources department.

Sally Fallon completed their education with a BSc Hons in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained 4 A levels in Business Studies, Geography, English Literature, and General Studies from Haybridge High School in 1995. Sally'ssecondary education includes 10 GCSEs from Holy Trinity School Kidderminster, spanning from 1981 to 1993. Additionally, they hold certifications in Advanced Award in Organisation Design & Development from CIPD. Sally also received an Advanced Internet Resourcer certification and is a Certified Internet Webmaster.
