S.M Udaiya has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the CEO of Spiro HR Management Consultants since May 2008, specializing in IT recruitment and offering services such as staffing, payroll processing, and strategic planning. As the Managing Director of Spiro Solutions Pvt Ltd since July 2005, S.M Udaiya established a prominent R&D training institute in Chennai, expanding to over 50 branches and training more than 300,000 professionals. Additionally, S.M Udaiya is a founding member of the Chennai HR Club, which aims to enhance human resource development in Chennai. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University Chennai and further education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
