Ken Hagan

Ken Hagan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in aerospace, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Division President at SPIROL and Managing Director of Ford Aerospace since March 2023, Ken has a strong history of turning around financial and operational performance across multiple organizations. Previously, Ken held key leadership roles at SPIROL, AT&F, Nook Industries, Fosbel/Cetek, Precision Castparts, and Republic Steel, with responsibilities ranging from full P&L management to global supply chain oversight. Ken has a proven track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Educational qualifications include a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Akron.
