Prior to this, they worked at Universal Music Group for 13 years, where they held various roles including Executive Vice President UMGB and Global Head of New Business. In these positions, they led the New Business division, oversaw a team of 250+ marketing specialists, and provided tailored business solutions to marketers worldwide. Before joining Universal Music Group, Olivier served as the Vice President International at Universal Music Group International, where they successfully grew profit and initiated new revenue streams. Olivier also contributed to the growth of PolyGram Video and worked as a Key Account Manager at Procter & Gamble France. Olivier's experience showcases their expertise in leadership, marketing, business development, and revenue generation in the entertainment industry.
Olivier Robert-Murphy pursued their education at the EDC Business School from 1986 to 1989. During this period, they achieved a degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Olivier attended the London Business School where they completed their MBA with a focus on Management.
