Rob Debney

Rob Debney has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rob is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SpiTrex Orthopedics since June 2022. Prior to that, from June 2021 to May 2022, they worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in Orthopaedic Contract Manufacturing.

Before their independent consulting role, Rob held various positions at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. From March 2020 to May 2021, they were the Director of International Business Development, and from December 2017 to March 2020, they worked as a Strategic Account Manager for Europe.

Rob also has experience as an Independent Healthcare Consultant, where they consulted on Orthopedic Contract Manufacturing from April 2016 to November 2017.

Additionally, Rob worked as a Sales Engineer for EMEA at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions from October 2012 to March 2016. Before that, they served as a Trauma Sales Representative at Stryker from September 2011 to September 2012.

In the earlier stages of their career, Rob worked as a Referee for the Rugby Football Union from August 1999 to August 2011. Rob also worked as a Teacher of Science and Physical Education at Leicester Education Authority from August 2002 to August 2005.

Rob's career began in the pharmaceutical industry, where they worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from September 1996 to August 2002.

Rob Debney completed their education at Loughborough University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Medicinal Chemistry & Drug Metabolism in 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Joint Honours in Chemistry & Physical Education/Sport Science from the same university in 1995. Their secondary education took place at King Edward VI High School, Stafford, where they achieved 11 GCSEs and 5 'A' Levels from 1987 to 1992.
