Madhu Gourineni

Madhu Gourineni is the CEO of Splan Inc. Madhu has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on product engineering and architecture.

Madhu started their career as a software engineer at Sprint, where they worked for four years. Madhu then moved to IBM for a brief period before joining Virsa Systems. At Virsa, they were the lead technical architect and played a key role in the company's acquisition by SAP.

After the acquisition, Madhu stayed on at SAP and became the principle product architect for SAP GRC. In this role, they oversaw the development and launch of several successful products. Madhu left SAP in 2013 to join AlertEnterprise as the director of product engineering.

In their current role as CEO of Splan Inc, Madhu is responsible for leading the company's product development efforts. Under their guidance, Splan has released several innovative products that have helped it become one of the leading providers of enterprise software solutions.

Madhu Gourineni completed their B.E in Electronics And Communication from Vasavi College Of Engineering and their M.S in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
