Abhishek Sailani is an experienced professional in e-commerce planning and supply chain management, currently serving as Manager - E-Commerce Planning and Operations at Splash Fashions since August 2020. Abhishek has successfully tracked KPIs for senior management, led business transformation for onboarding a major automated distribution center, and improved collaboration with retail teams. Prior experience includes significant roles at Landmark Group, where Abhishek facilitated the transition of three brands onto the largest automated warehouse in the GCC region and executed a replenishment model that boosted sales incrementally. Earlier positions at Snapdeal, Paintcollar, Kifayati Online Shopping, and Infosys provided foundational experience in business development, system engineering, and project management.
