Emily Laws

Emily Laws (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as HR Operations Manager at Splash Damage since May 2019, previously holding roles as HR Advisor and Associate HR Advisor within the same company. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Human Resources Administrator at both Michael Page and GKR Scaffolding Ltd, as well as briefly at Splash Damage. Emily began the career in customer service as a Sales Assistant at Coast Stores. Academically, Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature and Sociology from the University of Kent and has completed CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Practice at Bromley College.
