Zail Smith is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Splash Inc. since January 2023, Zail previously held senior design roles at Z League, WHOOP, and DraftKings, Inc., demonstrating a strong track record in experience design and strategy.
