Chinedu Egwunye

Chinedu Egwunye has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2020, they were appointed as the Head of Facility Management Services at Spleet. Prior to this, they worked as the Facilities Management Lead at Co-creation Hub Nigeria (CcHUB) from 2019 to 2020. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Property Management and Valuation Officer at Ofomola, Ojo & Co Estate Surveyors and Valuers. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Construction Site Clerk at Construction Kaiser Limited (CKL). Their role at CKL included responsibilities such as auditing of construction materials, machinery, and equipment during delivery on site, carrying out a monthly inventory of construction site store, and responsible for attendance and payroll vouchers for skilled/unskilled labor during construction projects.

Chinedu Egwunye has a diverse educational background. Chinedu started their education in 2009 at Covenant University, studying Estate Management. From 2011 to 2016, they attended the University of Lagos and obtained a B.Sc in Estate Management. Currently, they are pursuing an M.Sc in Facilities Management at the University of Lagos. Additionally, they are a Certificate Member of IFMA.
