Daniella Ajala

Daniella Ajala has worked in the finance and real estate industries since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Officer at Fidelity Bank. In 2012, they worked as a Funding and Development Officer at SIEVEMK Gateway Ltd. In 2013, they worked as a Remarketing Specialist at Volkswagen Financial Services. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Motability Operations Ltd in two roles, first as a Pricing Coordinator and then as a Pricing Process Manager. In 2019, they became Co-Founder/Chief Operations Officer and Business Development Lead at Spleet, an online real estate platform creating solutions for individuals looking to rent accommodation across Africa. In this role, they are responsible for engaging with new and existing clients to bring about growth and increase partnerships across the real estate market.

Daniella Ajala completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Economic Development and Policy Analysis at the University of Nottingham between 2010 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Financial Economics at the University of Kent between 2007 and 2010.
