Mark Simpson

Mark Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mark began their career at Sydney City Toyota in 2004, where they worked in Service/Parts/CRM Operations until 2008. Mark then joined Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, where they held various positions such as Service Logistics Kaizen Coordinator, TSM Advanced Global Instructor, Dealer Operations Kaizen Deployment Manager, and TSM Advanced Global Instructor/TSM Advanced Development Manager. In these roles, Mark was responsible for program development, workshop heavy equipment build, customer experience initiatives, and coaching regional groups. In 2015, they became the National Fleet Sales and FMO Manager, overseeing enterprise sales and managing key sectors for Toyota Australia's largest customers. In 2017, Mark joined FleetPartners as a Commercial Manager, where they led group functions across multiple entities and was responsible for strategy, analytics, product, pricing, operations, procurement, risk, and settlements. Currently, they are the Head of Fleet and Operations at Splend, a role they assumed in 2021.

Mark Simpson completed their Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a B.Arts/Science degree from the University of Sydney, which they completed in 2008.
