Michelle la Pointe

Michelle La Pointe is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in store management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Store Leader at Fabletics since August 2024, Michelle has also held the position of Store Manager at Splendid since August 2020 and previously managed Crossroads Trading. With a diverse background that includes roles as Department Manager at Urban Outfitters and various managerial positions at Lucky Brand and Macy's, Michelle has developed a strong skill set in fashion merchandising and marketing, backed by an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Phoenix College.
