Rachael Hodgson has an extensive work experience in the fashion industry. R A C H A E L most recently worked as the Design Director for Splendid, a contemporary lifestyle brand, starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Design Director for Groupe Dynamite from September 2016 to December 2018. Rachael also held the position of Head of Design at TALLY WEiJL from August 2014 to September 2016. R A C H A E L served as the Design Director for American Rag Cie from February 2013 to August 2014. Rachael has also worked as the Design Manager for Haute Hippie and Design Director for Betsey Johnson, both in the year 2012. Before that, they were the Assistant Design Director at Free People from September 2008 to December 2011. Rachael started their career in the fashion industry as a Senior Designer at Gap Inc./Old Navy from September 2005 to September 2007, and prior to that, as a Senior Designer at Hollister Co. from July 2004 to September 2005.
