Makayla McNaughton

Makayla McNaughton is a seasoned project manager currently working at Splice since July 2020. In this role, Makayla oversees project scopes, timelines, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Project Manager at OpenSquare, where project planning and budgeting were key responsibilities. Makayla has also contributed as a Client Services Coordinator, emphasizing strong client relationships and communication.
