Silvia Ho

Silvia Ho currently serves in the People & Operations role at Splore, focusing on HR initiatives such as developing the employee handbook and end-to-end recruitment processes. Prior to this, Silvia held the position of Center & Operations Manager at Chiropractic Singapore, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of seven employees and training receptionists in their roles. Silvia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities and Event Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, with studies completed in October 2023.
