Tanya Downing

Tanya Downing is an experienced professional in business management and human resources, currently serving as the Business Office Manager and Human Resources at S+B James Construction since June 2015. Previously, Tanya held the position of Billing Manager at Ventana Wellness, where a proficiency as a certified AAPC medical coder was demonstrated. Tanya's career began as a Medical Coder and Patient Accounts Representative at the Surgery Center of Southern Oregon, LLC. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, along with a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University and certification as a Registered Medical Assistant.
