Carleigh Morba

Originally from the East Coast, Carleigh joined SPMB’s San Francisco team in 2015 and has since partnered with clients ranging from early stage, VC-funded startups to larger, growth stage companies. Carleigh’s functional expertise focuses largely on GTM (sales, marketing, customer success). She also supports strategic projects for the firm’s CEO and board placements.

After spending 5+ years at SPMB’s HQ, Carleigh moved back to New York City to co-lead the firm’s East Coast practice and bridge the gap between Silicon Valley & East Coast talent.

Carleigh earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the American University in Washington, D.C. where she was Co-Captain of the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team. While Carleigh has hung up the cleats (for the most part!) she is an avid snowboarder and enjoys lake fishing.

Beyond her affinity for the outdoors, Carleigh has spent 10+ years volunteering for the National Psoriasis Foundation. She sat on the volunteer board for the Northern California Division for six years and helped spearhead San Francisco’s Annual Walk for Psoriasis to raise money and awareness for those affected by the disease.
