Todd joined SPMB in 2013 to spearhead and lead our Innovation & Sustainability Practice areas. He has an unwavering commitment to his clients, closing over 800 searches in North America, Europe, and Asia during his 25+ years in Executive Search.

Todd’s clients are Innovators and Leaders in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Clean Energy & Storage, Autonomous Driving, Transportation and Better Foods. He is relentless in the pursuit of top-tier Executives who are passionate about making an impact and building companies that are disruptive, purpose-driven and mission oriented.

Todd is an avid skier, mountain biker, yoga practitioner, and runner, and has competed in hundreds of races including the Big Sur, Boston, and New York City Marathons, Escape from Alcatraz, Japan Ironman and Hawaii Ironman Triathlons.
