Hilah Stahl

Hilah Stahl is the CEO and co-founder of Spoak Decor. Hilah has a background in product management, having worked for Bonobos and Gilt.com. While at Bonobos, they led the customer experience product team and was responsible for the roadmap and P&L. Hilah also ideated, defined, and built the first Bonobos iOS app from scratch, resulting in a 300% lift in conversion over mobile web. At Gilt.com, they owned and defined the desktop and mobile web product strategy and feature set. Hilah also lead the product manager for Gilt’s personalization program across all platforms. As a result of their work, they were able to build user profiles, enabling customers to manage their brand and size preferences as well as filter sales by their stored settings. Hilah also redefined personalization algorithms resulting in a 34% lift in click through rates in daily emails.

Hilah Stahl received their BA from Duke University in International Studies, Economics, Policy Journalism and Media Studies. Hilah also studied Spanish and International Studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Hilah Stahl graduated from Edina High School.
