Mo (Michael) Yan

Mo (Michael) Yan has a long history of working in finance. Mo (Michael) began their career in 2008 as a Sr. Accounting Assistant at Hollyburn Family Services. In 2012, they joined Cardinal Path as a Finance Manager, later becoming an Associate Director of Finance and then Director of Finance. In 2021, they moved to Exceed Agro Group as Director of Finance and then, in 2022, to Spocket in the same role.

Mo Yan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from The University of British Columbia in 2007. In 2012, they obtained the CPA, CGA certification from CGA-Canada (Certified General Accountants Association of Canada). Mo (Michael) also completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) program in 2012. In 2015, they completed Level 1, 2, and 3 CFA exams from CFA Institute. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Athabasca University in 2019.
