Derek Kiecker

Derek Kiecker has over 8 years of work experience. Derek started their career as an IT Recruiter at Search Leaders in April 2012 and later transitioned to the role of IT Account Manager. During their time at Search Leaders, they effectively managed multiple search assignments, drove new business development, and gained experience in sales, marketing, and project management. Derek was recognized as the Top Account Manager multiple times and led the company in billings and first interviews in May 2013. In 2014, they joined Spok as a Team Lead for Healthcare and Public Safety Solutions, where they specialize in software evaluation and helps customers identify their key challenges. Derek leads a team of 5 solutions advisors at Spok.

Derek Kiecker attended North Hennepin Community College from 2007 to 2009 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Marketing. Derek then attended Metro State University from 2009 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
