Paige Kramer

Paige Kramer, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Spokane Eye Clinic since April 2024, with prior experience as the Director of Engagement & Culture/Sr. HR Generalist at the same organization from April 2022 to June 2023. Previously, Paige held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at Associated Industries Inland NW for nearly a year. From August 2013 to January 2021, Paige worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance, initially as a Claims Team Manager and later as a Field HR Manager and Principal HR Generalist. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Center Partners Inc and RLH Corporation, along with roles at Gonzaga University and Pinnacle Entertainment, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions, employee relations, and training development. Paige holds a BA in Education with a focus on Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno.
