Jessica C.

Jessica C. has over a decade of experience in workforce development and social services, currently serving as the Division Executive of Programs and Development at Spokane Workforce Council since July 2014. In this role, Jessica oversees over $10 million in federal and non-federal grants and contracts, manages grant writing and development, and fosters relationships with community partners. Other positions held include Interim Director of the Next Generation Zone, where oversight of staff and program performance was essential, and Workforce Program Manager, focusing on WIA/WIOA grants and workforce system design. Prior experience includes roles at Goodwill Industries International, Peace Community Center, Nativity House, Northwest Leadership Foundation, and Whitworth University, alongside a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Whitworth University.
