Jenni Minns has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenni is currently working as an eCommerce Executive at SPOKE, where they manage the day-to-day operations of the website across multiple stores. This includes creating and launching products, updating pages, and ensuring all assets are in line with the roadmap.
Prior to this, Jenni worked at Frasers Group as an eCommerce Trading Specialist for Sofa.com. Jenni'sresponsibilities included managing the trading and performance of the website, checking content and promotional activity, and updating product and category pages.
Jenni also has experience at MADE.COM, where they held the role of Assistant Merchandiser for the Textiles department. Jenni was involved in merchandising responsibilities, training new starters, and building rapport with stakeholders. Additionally, they worked as a Merchandising Assistant for the Upholstery department, managing the purchase order process and analyzing sales data.
Earlier in their career, Jenni worked at Paperchase Products Ltd as a Merchandising Assistant for the Art and Stationery departments. Jenni was responsible for order management, communication with logistics teams and stores, and ensuring stock availability.

Jenni Minns has a diverse education history, starting with their most recent experience in 2021 at Joby Carter Steam Fairs, where they focused on acquiring signpainting skills. In 2019, they participated in a mini apprenticeship at NGS Signwriters London. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a beginners short course in Graphic Design at the University of the Arts London.
Going further back, in 2010, Jenni underwent an apprenticeship in Retail at Martin McColl, obtaining a certification in Retailing and Retail Operations. Prior to this, they pursued a Foundation degree in Art and Design at West Kent College from 2006 to 2007. Preceding their Foundation degree, they also completed a National Diploma in Fine Art at the same institution from 2004 to 2006.
Lastly, as a foundation for their education, Jenni successfully achieved 10 GCSE's with grades A-C at Angley School from 1999 to 2004.
In addition to their formal education, Jenni obtained an Apprenticeship in Retail Skills from Martin McColl in January 2010.
