Simon Robinson

Simon Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Simon currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Spoke Phone since September 2016. Previously, they worked at LiveOps as an Architect/Engineering Manager from September 2014 to August 2016, where they provided guidance and oversight to global teams and led the reboot of their technology stack. Simon also served as a Principal Engineer at LiveOps from December 2011 to September 2014 and played a crucial role in integrating NZ-based and US-based engineering teams. Before joining LiveOps, Simon worked as a Software Developer at Datasquirt Ltd from September 2006 to 2011. Simon started their career as a CRM Engineer at Central Telecom from November 2005 to August 2006 and also worked as an RYA Water Sports Instructor at Carsington Sports & Leisure Centre from January 2003 to November 2005. Simon's earlier professional experiences include roles as a Software Engineer at Asset House from August 2001 to September 2002, as a Technical Services Consultant at eGreenhouse Ltd from August 2000 to August 2001, and as a Tools Technical Support and Consultant at Informix from August 1999 to August 2000. Simon began their career as a Student Intern at EDS in Rolls-Royce from 1997 to 1998.
