Andrei Stanescu

Andrei Stanescu is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Linktree since July 2023, Andrei focuses on pioneering social commerce initiatives. Prior to this role, Andrei spent three years at Snap Inc. as an Engineering Manager, overseeing teams responsible for media playback platforms and design systems. Andrei also led engineering efforts at Uber for the JUMP Field Team, managing tools for the Bikes&Scooters business, and contributed to Meta's Oculus VR and Core Video projects. As Co-Founder and CTO of Mind Treat Studios, Andrei directed the creation of interactive applications for major brands. Andrei's career began at Electronic Arts and Gameloft Romania, where foundational skills in game development were established. Andrei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Base Programming Systems from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
