Paulyn Baens

Paulyn Baens is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in creator partnerships and talent relations within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Emerging Creators Lead for Creator Partnerships at Linktree since February 2024, Paulyn manages relationships with key emerging creators and stakeholders, optimizing their use of the platform. Previously, Paulyn held the position of Manager for Agency Partnerships and Creator Acquisition at DeNA, contributing to the success of Pococha. Paulyn's experience at The Walt Disney Company spanned multiple roles, including Talent + Influencer Relations Strategist and Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing talent relations and influencer casting. Additional roles at Benarroch Productions, Sony Pictures Entertainment, NBCUniversal Media, and various internships demonstrate a strong foundation in talent management and event coordination. Paulyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations from California Lutheran University.
