Michelle Weller, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources. Michelle started their career in 1997 as an Employer Relations Administrator at the State of North Dakota. Michelle then served as an Assistant Policy Administrator from 2000 to 2009. In 2013, they joined Valley Memorial Homes as a Benefits Coordinator and later became the Assistant Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Spooner, Inc as the Director of Human Resources, and later moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Spooner Physical Therapy in 2020. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in HR management and administration.
Michelle Weller, SHRM-CP, has a strong educational background in communications and human resource management. Michelle started their education at the University of North Dakota from 1989 to 1992, where they focused on communications. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications at Minnesota State University Moorhead from 1992 to 1994.
In addition to their formal education, Michelle has also obtained certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In July 2017, they received a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, indicating their expertise in the field. Michelle also obtained a certification as a Lifestyle Coach from the Diabetes Training and Technical Assistance Center in November 2017. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying current and expanding their knowledge in their chosen field.
