Leo Fontes is a seasoned professional in the gaming and esports industries, currently serving as President of Confederação Brasileira de Games e Esports since June 2024, where Leo leads the transformation and sustainable growth of Brazil's esports ecosystem. As CEO of eSPORT Recife and BASE Gaming, Leo Fontes focuses on competitive gaming and ecosystem development, respectively. Previous roles include Head at BASE Para Tudo, overseeing business strategy and event production, and Head of Operations at TILTOU, where responsibilities included platform development and relationship management. Leo Fontes has extensive experience in executive production, business analysis, and staffing for major events, such as the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the RIO 2016 Olympics.
